Doubled sided. What you are seeing is both sides.
There are 3 sizes- small, medium, and large.
small- 5/8 in sq., medium- 3/4 in sq. , and large is 1 in sq.
Waterproof, but to keep them in pristine shape, I would recommend not wearing it into the pool.
This is for a SMALL pendant and 16 in sterling silver chain.
I only have 1 of these.
